Usually delivery isn't affected. We are dispatching as normal Monday to Friday. If the website lets you purchase an item we believe it to be in stock for shipping. In the event of a stock error where an item ordered is sold out we will contact you if delivery will be delayed. If you have orders or urgent issues then please contact us here.

Customers in the UK
We are based in the UK therefore shipping within United Kingdom in unaffected.

Customers in the European Union
European Union, There could be a few days delay on entering customs on top of any times quoted below. You are responsible for any custom charges or import fees occurred. Please check your local countries rules for importing from outside Europe.

How long does it take for delivery?

Dispatch Time
We aim to dispatch within 1-2 working days - if possible we will dispatch the same day.

Delivery Time
We ship kits by Royal Mail. Typical delivery time in the UK is 2-3 days and Europe 5-7 days. Although please note that delivery times may be longer than quoted for remote areas and offshore islands.

Delivery Costs

Delivery is free for kits within the UK.
European customers will be charged for post, if you buy more than one kit for delivery to Europe you will be refunded any savings in combined shipping when your item has been dispatach.

Can I change the delivery address after purchase?

Unfortunately we can only post to the address that you provided when you ordered due to the rules of our payment processor, PayPal, please make sure at every stage that you are asking for it to be shipped to the address you want it to go to. If you do need to change the shipping address then we can cancel your order and you can re-order with a new address.

How will the order be packaged?

We ship all our kits out in a strong cardboard box to avoid damage during transit. The box is designed to be easily posted through your letterbox

Will I be charged a customs fee?

Customers in the UK will not get charged customs fees.
Customers who are outside of the UK may get charged taxes or customs fees on the import of items into their country. We can cannot predict what these would be as they vary from country to country.
The customer will be responsible for paying these charges and may have to make payment for them before the courier will hand over the goods.
